Sustainability and ESG Lead at Funding Societies | Modalku Group, Southeast Asia’s largest SME digital financing platform providing access to finance to underbanked and underserved SMEs in the region. Previously, while at Accenture, she was part of the project team of The Circulars, the world’s premier Circular Economy program, organized by Accenture Strategy and the World Economic Forum, recognizing the pioneering organizations and individuals implementing the circular economy. She also completed her master’s program work placement at the United Nations Environment Program Finance Initiative (UNEP FI), which was the UN body furthering the sustainable finance agenda for the private financial sector. Annette graduated from the University of Geneva (MSc Strategic and International Management) for her masters’, and from Utrecht (BSc (Hons) Economics and Business Economics) for her bachelors’.
